HOW I BECAME A PHOTOGRAPHER

My journey into photography began when I was a teenager, capturing fleeting moments during travels with a simple camera. I thought about photography as a career choice, but as happens in so many cases, my career took a different path. My love for nature and animals took me to Auburn University to study Zoology, Microbiology and Medical Technology. During my career in the sciences, my passion for photography only strengthened and over time, my passion ignited, leading me to invest in better equipment and immerse myself in various photography styles. I eventually settled on the style that would mesh my love for animals and my love for photography together. For 17 years I have had the best job in the world. I love my clients so much and I love meeting their pets!  My goal with each click of the shutter, is to tell a story, the story behind the lens. I want to capture the relationship you have with your pet and preserve those moments in time. I would love to work with you!
