SESSION AGREEMENT

STUDIO PORTRAIT SESSION: About 30-45 minutes of session photography. We are flexible and allow enough time to capture your pet(s) unique personality without stress. We strive for a fun relaxed experience.

LOCATION LIFESTYLE SESSION: About an hour of session photography at an agree upon location within 40 miles of zip 35022. Additional travel fees will apply to mileage in excess of 40 miles for location sessions.

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable, but session fee deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).

WEATHER: If sessions are canceled due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.

COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Connie Collum Studios, LLC.

CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions. High resolution digital files are purchased for personal use and said files will not be sold or otherwise distributed for commercial use without written authorization from Connie Collum Studios, LLC.

BOOKING FEE: $300 and includes the session fee +1 high resolution digital file + $200 towards any prints/products and/or digital packages selected from your proof gallery. Additional prints, signature products and digital file packages may be purchased at an additional charge.
