What are your hours?

Our hours are scheduled by appointment so we can give each client the focused attention they deserve. Please reach out to CONNIE COLLUM STUDIOS via the contact page to discuss availability for your session.

Where are you located?

CONNIE COLLUM STUDIOS is based in Hoover, Alabama, and we work with clients who want professional photography of their pet(s) including family members. We offer studio sessions and location sessions throughout central Alabama, (within 40 miles of zip 35022). We are available for travel with an extra travel charge fee.

What does the booking fee cover?

The booking fee is $300 for both studio and location sessions. The fee includes 1 high resolution digital file of your choice, (chosen from your proof gallery), and $200 toward prints and/or other products. Many products and digital file packages are available for purchase at an additional cost.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept a variety of common payment methods and will review booking details with you when your session is scheduled. Please contact us for the most current payment information. The session fee is required to book the session.

How long is the typical wait?

Timing varies based on the scope of your session and current booking schedule. Currently we are booking 2-3 weeks out for studio and location sessions. We are available to work in pets with a health concern sooner. Please inquire.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes, we do have a cancellation policy to protect scheduled session time and planning. Full details are provided during booking so everything is clear before your session is confirmed.
